Almost every company says they do it all. Then the contract shows up and shipping is a separate vendor and teardown costs extra. So before you get excited, ask who exactly designs the booth, who builds it, and who’s standing on the floor at 6 a.m. on setup day. The few trade show companies in Las Vegas that run their own shop and crew are usually the ones with fewer surprises, because nothing gets passed off to someone else. Ask for a past client you can call. A good company won’t mind, and a nervous one will tell you plenty.
