Looking at a used Accord and the seller mentioned it had a front end knock a couple of years ago that was repaired. He's got some receipts but nothing that proves structural work was done properly, just a body shop invoice for the cosmetic stuff. I'm thinking about booking Certified pre purchase car inspection in Musaffah before I commit, mainly to check whether the chassis was affected and whether the repair was done to a decent standard. Has anyone gone down this route with a car that had accident history? Did the inspection give you clarity, or did it just raise more questions without real answers? Also wondering if a clean inspection report actually means anything or if some shops just pass everything to avoid awkward conversations with sellers. I'd rather spend a bit now than buy a lemon.
